Odenza Marketing - Unresponsive Agents
First agent quit the company and didn't notify me.
Second agent went on vacation for a month and didn't notify me.
Third agent booked the trip, but wouldn't respond to any contact afterwards. Found out later, that she booked the wrong type of seats, so I ended up paying an additional $500 to get it changed.
Agents kept putting me off when I tried to contact them about booking flights and hotel. I started contacting them in April and didn't get everything booked until end of August.
I ended up having to do most of the research about the trip without any of their help.
This company is a waste of time and I would not voluntarily do business with them again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Odenza Marketing Cons: Slow response time, Too expensive for a free vacation, Odenza, Travel agents.

This is the worst company to do any kind of business with and you cant never reach who you are calling for. You might as well book your own trip with all the low airfares they been having and who couldn't pay for a cheap motel 6 or budget inn hotel on there own anyway.
Thank you for posting this warning I almost mailed the check too! When is too good to be true most likely it is not true!
